Functions of the Office Bearers:

Chairman: The Chairman shall arrange and preside over all meetings of the PTA

Secretary: He / She shall be responsible for recording of proceedings and issue of the minutes of meetings and preparing the Annual Report.

Joint Secretary: He / She shall maintain the registers and records of the PTA and in the absence of the Secretary shall act for him/her as the Secretary.
