For Class XII

First Unit test - July

Half yearly Examination- September

Second Unit test - November/ December

Model Examination - December

Pre Board Examination - January

Board Examination – March

For Class XI

First Unit test - July

Half yearly Examination- September

Second Unit test - November/ December

Third Unit test - January

Annual Examination - March

Classes IX and X:

First Periodic test - July

Second Periodic test - September

Third Periodic Test- January

Average of best two tests out of 10 marks will be taken for final assessment. 

Note book submission and subject enrichment activitycarries 5 marks each 

Thus the internal assessment constitute 20 marks and a student has to secure 33% marks out of 20 marks earmarked   in each subject.

Board Examination for 80 marks – March

Classes I to VIII:

There are two terms, Term I and Term II.

Term I (20 marks periodic assessment and 80 marks Half Yearly exam)

The periodic assessment consists of:

Periodic test - July (calculated out of 10 marks)

Note Book submission – Term End (5 marks)

Subject Enrichment – Term End (5 marks)

Half Yearly Examination – September (80 marks covering the entire syllabus of Term I)

Term II (20 marks periodic assessment and 80 marks Annual Exam)

The periodic assessment consists of:

Periodic test - January (calculated out of 10 marks)

Note Book submission – Term End (5 marks)

Subject Enrichment – Term End (5 marks)

Annual Examination – March (80 marks covering the entire syllabus of Term II and significant topic of Term I as given in the split up of  the syllabus.

For classes I to VI           100% of Term II and 10% of Term I

For classes I to VII          100% of Term II and 20% of Term I

For classes I to VIII         100% of Term II and 30% of Term I

PROJECT WORK

One project will be given to each student in each subject for Classes XI-XII to assess their skill and creativity. The topic of project will be given in the month of August and the project will be

collected back from the students in the first week of November. It will carry 10 marks.Classes I to X will also have project work as part of the subject enrichment activity. It will carry 5 marks
